Nida Ansari brings on board 10 years of experience in working with adolescents and youth, national and international non-profit foundations, government and corporate stakeholders, grassroots organizations and funding agencies in the field of youth centric development, SRHR, organizational development, leadership, agency and ending violence, sustainability, peace and conflict resolution, community development and social entrepreneurship. A community campaigner, and an ‘Arctivist’ grantee under the Human Rights Defenders Hub ; she also brings a decade of experience of designing, facilitating and leading large scale national programs and campaigns, capacity building of educators, professionals, field workers and grassroots changemakers.
She has led programmes and verticals of fundraising, strategic communications and advocacy, and partnerships within organizations like Pravah, ComMutiny-The Youth Collective and Swechha India. Co-founder of Mazdoor Kitchen, and board member of SAHAS India; she’s also been closely involved with many grassroots initiatives, public campaigns associated with food security, public health, environment, education and rights based movements with workers, farmers, women and marginalized communities.
